    Aarni is a plumber of customer acquisition pipeline. He’ll remove the blockage and fill up your pipeline with inbound leads.

    Caroline Hughes
    Co-Founder and CEO, Lifetise

    Caroline Hughes is co-founder and CEO of Lifetise, an award-winning consumer Fintech company which helps people plan major life events, like buying a home or having children. 

    Caroline also co-leads Hive Founders, a global network for female founders, and Womankind Ventures, its angel syndicate with a mission to fund more women-led businesses.

    She is passionate about helping other women entrepreneurs to raise capital and scale their startups as part of Hive’s Investment Readiness Programme, an incubator for female founders raising pre-seed and seed investment.

    Caroline was recognised as a Senior Leader and Rising Star of Fintech on Innovate Finance’s Women in Fintech Powerlist in 2020, 2021. 

    Lifetise graduated from Accenture’s Fintech Innovation Lab in 2019 and the Mayor of London’s Business Growth Programme in 2021.

    Co-Founder and CEO, Spacent

    Eetu has +15 years of experience in RE analytics and business development. Before his career as CEOof Spacent he was Director of Real Estate Investments at Aalto University Properties. He was responsible for the university campus investment programme as well as leasing and campus digitalisation. Prior to his career at Aalto University Properties, he held positions at Citycon and Newsec.

    Spacent is a B2B platform for centralized flexible workspace administration and use. The platform also provides a channel for space operators and owners to monetize their unused workspace capacity.

    Max Pecherskyi
    Co-Founder and CEO, PromoRepublic

    Max is a Ukrainian living in Helsinki since 2015. Father of four. Passionate about all kinds of winter sports, Finnish sauna and ice swimming.

    Co-founder and CEO of Marketing SaaS Company PromoRepublic, the only Data-driven Franchise Marketing Platform. Prior to that, Max co-founded New Strategies Group, Digital Marketing Agency, and developed it to a leading position in the Ukrainian market (exited).

    Max is also involved in building a community of SaaS (Software as a Service) entrepreneurs. As SaaStock Local Community leader in Helsinki and Kyiv, Max co-organized 25+ Events for SaaS Founders and Operators.
